Why PayNet

The payments team inside the dealer network.

PayNet is not a processor that happens to take contractor clients. It exists for Supportworks dealers, runs on the tools the network already uses, and is answered by people who know your world by name.

The story

Built for the network, not bolted onto it.

Most processors treat a foundation dealer like any other retail account. PayNet grew up inside the Supportworks network, so it already speaks the language of deposits and draws, techs collecting at the door, and service plans that have to stay alive month after month.

Whether your crews lift concrete, encapsulate crawl spaces, mitigate radon, or waterproof basements, the money moves the same way: a deposit at signing, draws as the work lands, a big final payment, and plans that bill quietly in the background. PayNet is built around exactly that.

PayNet by Supportworks is operated by Emerald Business Solutions. The Supportworks relationship is how dealers reach it, and it is why the payment tools plug straight into the systems the network already runs.

Problems, then solutions

The moments where payments go wrong for dealers.

Every dealer hits the same three walls. This is how PayNet takes each one down.

The headache

The signed contract sits unpaid

The customer said yes at the kitchen table, but the deposit means a follow-up call, an emailed invoice, and a few days of waiting.

With PayNet

Collect the deposit at signing

Your salesperson takes the card on the spot, tap to pay or keyed, and the deposit lands inside the same customer record the job runs on. The job starts funded.

The headache

The 9 pm emergency call goes uncollected

The sump fails in a storm, your tech saves the night, and the payment turns into "we will mail you something."

With PayNet

The tech's phone is the terminal

Tap to pay on the phone your tech already carries, or a text-to-pay link before they leave the driveway. Collected on the spot, synced to the office instantly.

The headache

Month-end is a reconciliation project

Terminal batches, emailed invoices, and a spreadsheet trying to explain which payment belongs to which job.

With PayNet

Every payment lands in one place

Field, office, and recurring payments report by invoice, customer, and job number, and sync to QuickBooks and your CRM. Month-end becomes a review, not a rebuild.

What makes it different

Four things a generic processor cannot say.

It knows the network

Payments flow into SalesView, ProductionView, ServiceView, PayView, and i360 without bolting three vendors together.

It knows the money

Deposits at signing, progress draws mid-job, and the big final steered to ACH, all tied to one project record.

It knows the field

Techs take tap to pay on their own phones, and the office sees it the moment it happens.

It has a name

A dedicated account manager who knows your setup, not a support queue that starts from zero every time.

Your PayNet account manager
A person, not a queue

Meet your account manager.

Every PayNet account comes with a dedicated account manager who understands your business, how you operate, and how dealer money actually moves. They run the review, audit the tools you have versus what you use, and set up the workflow upgrades that matter.

  • A review of your current processing and what it really costs
  • An audit of the payment tools you have versus what you use
  • Workflow upgrades: tap to pay for techs, pay links, plans on file

Straight answers

The questions dealers ask first.

Who is actually behind PayNet?
PayNet by Supportworks is operated by Emerald Business Solutions, LLC, a registered Independent Sales Organization of Citizens Bank, N.A. The Supportworks relationship is how dealers reach PayNet, and it is why the tools plug into the network's systems.
Do I have to use specific software or hardware?
No. PayNet plugs into the View apps, i360, and QuickBooks, works with most CRMs and accounting tools, and pairs with terminals from Clover, PAX, Ingenico, and Verifone, plus Tap to Pay on the phones your team already carries.
What does it cost?
PayNet uses transparent tiered pricing built around how contractors actually take payments, card-present versus keyed. The full rate card is published on the pricing page, and a no-cost statement review shows your real effective rate before you decide anything.
What happens when I need help?
You call your dedicated account manager, the person who set your account up and knows your workflow. No ticket queue that starts from zero.
