PayNetView

Every batch, every dispute, one clean view.

PayNetView is the reporting portal included with every PayNet account. It is where your numbers land: transaction and batch reporting, sales trends, and chargebacks you can review and answer digitally.

Two tools, one account

PayView takes the payment. PayNetView shows you the money.

They come together on every PayNet account, and each one does its job well. The office runs payments in PayView. When you need totals, fees, batches, or a dispute answered, you open PayNetView.

No spreadsheet stitching, and no calling in for numbers the portal already has.

Straight answers

PayNetView questions, answered plainly.

What is the difference between PayView and PayNetView?
They are two separate tools that come with the same account. PayView is where payments happen: the virtual terminal, invoices and pay links, and recurring plans. PayNetView is where the numbers land: transaction and batch reporting, sales reporting, and chargeback response.
Does PayNetView cost extra?
No. PayNetView is included with every PayNet account.
How do I respond to a chargeback?
Open the dispute in PayNetView, review the details with the transaction history right there, and submit your response digitally before the due date. Your dedicated account manager can walk you through your first one.
Can I export reports for my bookkeeper?
Yes. Batch and transaction reports export to CSV and PDF, so month-end lands in the books without re-keying.
