PayView

Payments where your CRM already lives.

PayView runs card and bank payments inside the office workflow your team already knows, so a deposit, a draw, or a phone payment never means re-keying the same job into a second system.

Built for the front office

Everything the office needs to take a payment.

Deposits, progress draws, phone payments, and recurring plans, all handled where your customer record already is.

Virtual terminal

Key in phone and mail-order payments in seconds, with no extra hardware on the desk.

Invoices for deposits and draws

Email or text a branded invoice or pay-by-link for a deposit, a progress draw, or a final.

Split across projects

Divide one transaction across jobs and cost codes, so the books line up without a spreadsheet.

Recurring and plans

Set maintenance plans and memberships on file, with retries and card updates handled for you.

Syncs back automatically

Every payment posts back to your CRM and i360, so the office and the field see the same thing.

Level 1 PCI DSS

Runs on Level 1 PCI DSS infrastructure with tokenization, so stored cards stay protected.

A day in the office

What the workflow actually looks like.

Not a demo script. Just an ordinary day where the payments run themselves.

1

Morning

Yesterday's field payments are already posted against their jobs. Nothing to key in, nothing to match up. Coffee still warm.

2

Midday

A customer calls with a card for their deposit: keyed into the virtual terminal in seconds. A progress draw goes out as a text link and comes back paid before lunch.

3

Month-end

Reporting by invoice, customer, and job number, already synced to QuickBooks. The books match without the spreadsheet ritual.

PayView in action.

A short loop of the real thing: keying a payment, sending a link, and watching it land against the job.

No more double entry

One record, from estimate to paid.

When payments live inside the CRM, the office stops copying numbers between systems and the field stops waiting to find out what cleared. PayView keeps the whole job in one place, from the first deposit to the last plan payment.

And the numbers side has its own home: every PayNet account also includes PayNetView, a separate reporting tool where batches, sales, and chargebacks live. More on that below.

A separate tool from PayView, included with every PayNet account. PayView is where payments happen. PayNetView is where the numbers land: transaction and batch reporting, sales reporting, and chargebacks you can actually respond to.

Straight answers

PayView questions, answered plainly.

Does PayView replace my CRM?
No. PayView runs payments inside the workflow you already have and posts everything back to your CRM and i360. Your system of record stays your system of record; it just finally knows about the money.
Can the office take a card over the phone?
Yes. The virtual terminal keys in phone and mail-order payments in seconds, tied to the right customer and job, with no extra hardware on the desk.
Can one payment cover more than one job?
Yes. A single transaction can split across projects and cost codes, so a customer paying for two things at once does not turn into a bookkeeping puzzle.
How do maintenance plans work?
Cards are stored in a tokenized vault, plans bill on schedule, expired and reissued cards refresh automatically, and failed charges retry. The office only hears about the exceptions worth hearing about.
What is the difference between PayView and PayNetView?
They are two separate tools that come with the same account. PayView is where payments happen: the virtual terminal, invoices and pay links, and recurring plans. PayNetView is where the numbers land: transaction and batch reporting, sales reporting, and chargeback response.
What about chargebacks?
Chargebacks live in PayNetView. You see every dispute with its status and due date, review the details with the transaction history right there, and respond digitally instead of digging through paper and hoping the deadline has not passed.
