When you are ready

What moving to the gateway adds.

The EmeraldPay Gateway is the path forward. There is no rush and no forced switch, only more ways to get paid when the timing is right for you.

Wallet payments

Apple Pay and Google Pay online and in the field, built in from day one.

Tap to Pay without a reader

Your techs collect on their own phones, with no extra hardware to carry.

Card on file, kept current

Automatic card updates and smart retries so recurring plans stop silently declining.

Pay by link, QR, and text

Send a payment request anywhere a customer can read a message, with no reader involved.

Hosted online checkout

A branded payment page for your website without development work.

One dashboard for everything

Field, office, online, and recurring payments reported together, synced to your books.

Migrations, planned not rushed

If you choose to move, we plan it around your plans.

Recurring billing and cards on file are the parts that break in a careless switch. We map every plan first, move on a schedule you approve, and confirm nothing was dropped before we call it done.

  • Every recurring plan and stored card mapped before anything moves
  • A schedule you approve, timed around your billing cycles
  • A confirmation pass so no plan goes silent in the switch

Straight answers

What ePN dealers actually ask us.

Do I have to move to the EmeraldPay Gateway?
No. Existing ePN dealers stay fully supported. The gateway is the direction for new capability, but the timing of any move is yours, and some dealers will stay put for a long while. Nothing is forced.
Is anything about my ePN account changing right now?
No. Logins, readers, and the full toolkit keep working exactly as they do today: ePNMobile, QuickBooks Sync, ePNBillPay, ePNRecur, Customer Data Manager, Fraud Protection, the Payment Form Generator, and ePNCart. Your account manager keeps supporting all of it.
What would actually make the gateway worth it for me?
The usual triggers are wallet payments in the field, tap to pay without carrying readers, card-on-file that updates itself so plans stop declining, and having every channel in one dashboard. If none of those solve a real problem for you yet, there is no hurry.
How disruptive is a migration, really?
The risky part is recurring plans, so that is where the care goes: every plan and stored card is mapped first, the move runs on a schedule you approve around your billing cycles, and a confirmation pass verifies nothing went silent. Your account manager runs it with you, not at you.
Who do I call when something breaks?
The same person you call today: your dedicated PayNet account manager. That does not change whichever gateway you are on.
Support is a call away
