EmeraldPay Gateway

One gateway. Every way your customers want to pay.

The EmeraldPay Gateway is the payment engine behind PayNet. Card, wallet, ACH, check, in person, online, and on a recurring plan, all on one account and one dashboard built for the dealer network.

Built around dealer problems

The headaches this actually fixes.

A gateway is not a feature list. It is what stops the office from chasing money, the field from losing sales, and the plans on file from quietly dying.

The headache

The big final payment costs a fortune on a card

A five-figure final draw on a card means a card-sized fee, and asking the customer to mail a check means waiting on it.

With the gateway

Steer the final draw to ACH

ACH and eCheck live on the same account, so the office sends a bank-payment request with the receipts set up, and the fee stops scaling with the job.

The headache

Maintenance plans silently decline

Cards expire, get reissued, and fail without anyone noticing until the revenue is already gone.

With the gateway

Card on file that keeps itself current

The tokenized vault refreshes expired and reissued cards automatically and retries failed charges, so plans stay alive without the office chasing them.

The headache

Three tools that do not talk to each other

A card processor from one company, invoicing from another, and a bookkeeper re-keying all of it into QuickBooks at month-end.

With the gateway

One account that syncs everything

Every channel settles into one dashboard, syncs to QuickBooks, and posts back to your CRM, so month-end is a review, not a rebuild.

Every channel, one account

However the customer wants to pay, you can take it.

A foundation job might start with a card at the door, a deposit online, a draw by pay link, and a maintenance plan on file. One gateway handles all of it.

In person

Take a card in person at the counter or the kitchen table, and earn the lower in-person rate your jobs qualify for.

Tap to Pay on a phone

The phone your tech already carries becomes the card reader, so there is no mobile reader to buy and no numbers to key. Lower hardware cost, and more payments clear at qualified card-present rates.

Online checkout

Hosted or embedded checkout for your website, branded and ready without a developer.

Invoices, links, and QR

Send a branded invoice or a pay-by-link by text or email, or drop a QR code on the estimate.

Recurring and card on file

Maintenance plans and memberships on a tokenized vault, with auto-retry and automatic card updates.

ACH, eCheck, and virtual terminal

Steer big final draws to ACH, take phone and mail orders on the virtual terminal, and add check acceptance.

Included, not add-ons

The platform under every payment.

The gateway is not just a way to charge a card. It is the reporting, the vault, and the connections that keep the office and the field on the same page.

Tokenized customer vault

Cards stored as tokens, never raw numbers, so recurring plans stay live and secure.

QuickBooks sync

Transactions land in your books without a bookkeeper re-keying them.

Real-time reporting

Every channel in one dashboard, by invoice, customer, job number, and payment type.

Automatic Card Updater

Expired and reissued cards refresh themselves through Visa and Mastercard, so fewer plans decline.

Fraud suite

Rule-based screening with AVS, CVV, and 3D Secure to keep bad transactions out.

Hosted payment pages

A branded checkout page and online store connections, including WooCommerce and Shopify, with no development work.

Built to trust

Bank-grade security, handled for you.

Every transaction runs on Level 1 PCI DSS infrastructure with tokenization and 3D Secure. Your account manager keeps you on the guided compliance path so it never lapses.

Getting started

From application to first payment.

No re-platforming project, no consultants. Your account manager does the heavy lifting and sets the gateway up around how your business already works.

1

Apply

A short application starts the process. Your account manager picks it up from there and walks you through what happens next.

2

We set it up around you

E-sign the agreement and your credentials follow quickly. Your tools, syncs, and users get set up, and recurring plans are mapped and moved carefully so nothing gets dropped.

3

Take your first payment

A training call gets your team comfortable, and a welcome packet and best practices guide follow. Techs tap in the field, the office runs PayView, one dashboard from day one.

Already on eProcessing Network?

The gateway is the path forward, on your schedule.

Existing ePN dealers stay fully supported. When you are ready, the move is a true upgrade: wallet payments, tap to pay on the phones your team already carries, and card-on-file that keeps itself current. We plan the migration around your recurring plans so nothing gets dropped.

Straight answers

Gateway questions, answered plainly.

Will it sync with QuickBooks and my CRM?
Yes. Transactions sync to QuickBooks, and payments post back into the Supportworks View apps and i360, so the office is not re-keying anything between systems.
Can customers pay online without us building anything?
Yes. Hosted payment pages give you a branded checkout with no development, and pay-by-link, QR codes, and text to pay cover customers who are not standing in front of you.
What happens to our recurring plans if we switch?
They are the most protected part of the move. Every plan and stored card is mapped before anything changes, the switch runs on a schedule you approve, and a confirmation pass checks that nothing went silent.
How secure is it?
The gateway runs on Level 1 PCI DSS infrastructure, the highest certification level, with tokenization, end-to-end encryption, and 3D Secure. Card numbers are stored as tokens, never as raw numbers on your systems.
We process on eProcessing Network today. Do we have to switch?
No. Existing ePN dealers stay fully supported. When you want what the gateway adds, the move is a planned upgrade on your schedule. The ePN dealer hub covers exactly what stays supported and what a move looks like.
